Found out that the Clearfield pool has lap swim from 9 - 10:30 so I went over since I slept in this morning. I immediately noticed that my ward's Teachers were there getting their swim check for camp this year. Matt Yeates was in swimming some laps. Didn't recognize him until he said hello. My swim was tough cause it was about 10 degrees warmer than I'd like.
1000 - 1000 free warmup (although I was warm just getting in!)
1000 - 2 x 500's kicking
1000 - 10 x 100's free pull on 1:30
500 - 5 x 100's IM
100 Free Drill
3600 Yards total
I almost bought a punch pass. I'm really concerned about the water temp though. Too hot!
