Half a workout

Today I took Austin with me to work which meant he had to go with me to the pool. I was feeling a little lazy today and I wanted to get in a full day at work so I cut my plan in half with the expectation that this Saturday I'm going to go for 12,400 yards (7 miles).

Here's what I did today:

500 - 500 kick with fins
500 - 500 Free Bilateral Breathing
1000 - 10 x 100's free pull (all under 1:14) on 1:30 - odd left breathing, even - right
50 Breast EZ

2050 Yards total
