I was extremely tired so I quit my original workout early. I went to the mall and looked around. I bought 2 more reggae tapes. I had a boring evening.

I felt extremely good with the 1800. I was able to get all the 75's under :55 and the 50's under :34 and the 25's all under :15. Never got exhausted until I did the gutter ups.

I need a swim partner terribly. I may call Jenny Olsen or someone. I got an interview for a mechanics job at Rocky Mountain Machinery. It will pay $7.00 an hour with 10 hours a day for 5 days a week. I hope I get the job.

I also sold my red Hyundai to a girl. I got an oil change for her and I'll get the money either today or tomorrow. I sold it for $3200.00 and I bought it for $3800.00 so I am losing money but I really want to get rid of this curse.

Elayna wants to be a swimmer and having taught her before and being impatient as I am, I refused to coach her until she put forth some effort by swimming a mile without touching the bottom. When she can do that I will be a serious coach with her.

I took her to the gym with me today anyway and she swam quite a ways. I enjoyed today's workout. I didn't really worry about time too much but rather on the number of strokes I took to get across.

Tonight was my mission reunion. I was so happy to see these old friends. I spent this night at Brandon Condie's apartment and on the 7th (Sunday) I went to his student ward with him. It was Stake Conference and Elder Lindsey was the main speaker.

Today I stretched before workout and I could tell the diffence cause I only cramped once and that was on the last 25 warmdown. I really felt good. On the way out of the gym I bought a big red apple and man, I felt like I had just been given a well being shot. I felt great! I am going to continue.

I just got back today from the farm in Oakley and decided that I need some more aerobic activity. My feet cramped up pretty bad so I wasn't able to go any further. I need a swim partner, so maybe I'll contact Kristen Prier. But I need to start everyday.
