  • 8 x 75's on 2:00 25 left, right, riffle (fingers skim water on the way back) 8 x 50's build up free on 1:15 (Start slow end fast)

  • 8 x 25's sprint w/2 breaths on :45 sec



1000 - 5 x 200's descending time on 3:30

500 - 5 x 100's kick on 2:15

800 - 16 x 50 IM on 1:15

4000 - total

9:30 - 11:15

Practiced starts. This Saturday state qualifying meet at Logan all day. I'm doing the 500 free, 200 and 400 free Relay.
